Dogs are required to have a license. Download the Dog License Application (PDF). A certificate of rabies vaccination is required. License your dog at Mahtomedi City Hall. Cats do not need to be licensed.

The City of Mahtomedi has two polling places.
Voting is upstairs in the Sanctuary. You can access the Sanctuary by either going north on East Avenue and taking the first right and parking in the back by the Sports Center or taking the second right and parking in the front parking lot. You can also get to the Sanctuary by turning into St. Andrews at the Hilton Trail stoplight and going on the driveway to the right of the Great Hall.
Voter's registration forms are available on Washington County's website or at Mahtomedi City Hall or online. You may also register on the day of an election at your polling place with proper identification.
