The City’s contractor, Meyer Contracting, completed the majority of driveways and curb on Lost Lake Court, the directional drilling of watermain, and the sheet pile wall on Birchwood Road. The contractor will continue next week on Birchwood Road with watermain and hydrant installations, and continue the driveway work and roadway paving on Lost Lake Court. The schedule is weather dependent, and will be updated as necessary. Birchwood Road will continue to be posted for no through traffic. Residents will be still be able to travel to and from homes during this time although there could be minor delays. Please follow the direction of the on-site workers when navigating through the closed portions of the roadway.

As the project progresses, should you have any questions, please reach out to the contacts listed below. During construction, an on-site representative will be present on site each day who will be your first point of contact and fastest way to get an answer for all questions regarding construction. Newsletters will be delivered or emailed weekly as the project progresses to inform property owners of the progress and upcoming construction schedule.
Construction working hours within the City of Mahtomedi are 7 am-7 pm during weekdays and 8 am-5 pm on Saturdays. Work is not permitted on Sundays or holidays.
