Project Information
Due to safety concerns during construction activity, the east entrance of Birchwood Road at Wildwood Beach Road is closed to all vehicle, bicycle, and pedestrian traffic until further notice. Please follow all detour and closure signs on the roadway.
The Contractor’s maintenance period for the seeding and sod on Birchwood Road ends on Monday, October 19th, at which point all care will turn over to the property owner. Attached is a flyer with best-practices for the maintenance of new turf. On Monday, Dylan will be doing a final warranty check of all new turf and taking photos of the establishment to ensure it meets the City’s requirements of growth. Over the next few weeks, the Contractor will be finishing restoration work and punch-list items, including fence installation between the wetlands and the trail.
