[ARCHIVED] May 18, 2020 Phase 4 West Historic District Project Update

2020 Phase 4 West Construction Update (IMAGE)

As part of the current street reconstruction project, the City will be replacing your water service line from the main in the street to the curb stop near your property line. At one of the neighborhood meetings it was requested that the project team supply a list of licensed contractors who could be hired to replace the remainder of the water and/or sewer service lines to the house. Below you will find a list of the licensed sewer and water service line installers. It is the responsibility of the individual property owner to contact and hire the contractor they feel is appropriate. It is not a requirement that the service lines are replaced.  However, some owners thought it might be a good time to replace the entire line to their house now that the line is being replaced in the City right-of-way.

The timing of the replacement, if you choose to do it, should be coordinated with the City’s contractor through the project field representative, James Collingsworth, at 612-219-8082.
