[ARCHIVED] May 22, 2020 Phase 4 West Historic District Project Update

2020 Phase 4 West Construction Update (IMAGE)

The City’s contractor, Geislinger & Sons, Inc. is planning to begin watermain installation on Oak Street and Neptune Street the week of May 26th. Please plan to use Pine Street to travel into and out of the neighborhood while this work is taking place. In general, the contractor will be working from the south end of the project to the north end. Most of Neptune Street, Pine Street, Oak Street and Quail Street properties are on a temporary water system until the new watermains are installed.

Xcel’s contractor, Q3 is still on site completing gas replacement work. Their work is expected to continue on to the area north of Quail Street in the coming days.

As a reminder, the fastest way to get answers to questions on the project is to contact James Collingsworth at the number below via call or text. James will be on site each day. If you don’t hear back from James please then call, email, or text Alex Miller.
