Washington County absentee ballot application form
Return this form as soon as possible. Voted Ballots must be returned by Election Day to be counted. Attach completed application to an email, fax, or mail to:

Early Voting/Direct balloting - October 26 - November 1, 2021
Direct balloting is when a voter inserts their ballot into the tabulation machine just like Election Day.
