The 17th Annual RITE (Really into the Earth) of Spring event will be held on Saturday, April 22, 2023 between 10:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. at the Wildwood Elementary School located at 8698 75th Street North.
This free family friendly event is sponsored by the City of Mahtomedi, Mahtomedi Community Education, and community volunteers.
The event will feature various organizations with information tables.

Saturday, April 22nd · 8:00 am – 2:00 pm

Drop-off Procedures
    Stay in your vehicle.
    Place items for drop-off in the trunk, rear of SUV, or cargo bed.
    Keep items you do not want us to take separate from items you are dropping off.
    Provide your zip code to the attendant. No driver’s license is required.

  1.      Document Shredding - Mahtomedi Middle School, must enter at 8100 75th Street North
    Limit of 4 boxes weighing no more than 30 lbs. each. (Limit will be strictly enforced.)
         Staples, paper clips, and rubber bands do not have to be removed. However, 3-ring binders, large binder clips, plastics, or metals must be removed.

Washington County Drug "Take Back" Event
Saturday, April 22nd - 10 AM - 1 PM

The Washington County Sheriff's Office and Washington County Public Health & Environment proudly partner in a drug collection program.  Over 40 tons of prescription medication have been collected since the program's conception in 2013. As part of this effort, Washington County is holding a Drug "Take Back" event on April 22nd at the Wildwood Elementary School.
