Request for Proposals (RFP) Recycling Services

The issuance of this RFP constitutes only an invitation to submit a Proposal to the City. It is not to be construed as an official and customary request for bids, but as a means by which the City can facilitate the acquisition of information related to the purchase of recycling. Any Proposal submitted, as provided herein, constitutes an indication to negotiate and NOT A BID.
Proposals will be accepted no later than 3:00 p.m. Central Daylight Time (CDT) on or before August 15, 2023.
Telephone calls will not be accepted regarding this Request for Proposals. Questions may only be addressed to Scott Neilson, City Administrator at sneilson@ci.mahtomedi.mn.us
