The following is a feasibility report addressing street improvements for the 2020 Dahlia Street Improvement Project for the City of Mahtomedi. The roadway investigated in this report is: Dahlia Street between Mahtomedi Avenue and Warner Avenue. The proposed improvements consist of roadway reconstruction, curb and gutter installation, storm sewer improvements, and watermain replacement.
